Our Return Policy
At Candle Bar, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our custom made products, we have a No Return, No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order is placed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Why Are Sales Final?
As each item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
What If My Order Is Damaged or Incorrect?
We will absolutely make things right if we've made a mistake.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
